Job Description:

We are looking for a Go-To-Market Strategy and Operations Manager who can join our team and enhance operational excellence within our GTM department. The ideal candidate should be responsible for streamlining workflows and ensuring alignment with business objectives while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams like sales, marketing, Growth, Ops and Product. The primary task is strategizing and operationalizing the entire journey starting with sales through growth and support, creating documentation, setting up reporting goals and metrics, and optimizing processes to track growth metrics effectively with our C+D consumers (includes Distributors, Operators and Manufactures). This is a remote / work from home position.

  • Define processes, workflows, and best practices to drive efficiency and scalability and ensure the entire consumer journey is operationalized.
  • Evaluate internal tools and systems to determine ways to optimize the department, review incoming and outgoing communications, and maintain departmental documentation.  Audit processes and materials, providing regular feedback to GTM leadership.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for all Go-To-Market processes, ensuring clarity and consistency across the team.
  • Set up reporting goals and metrics to accurately sales performance, growth performance, and time to onboard customer efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into crucial growth KPIs and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, growth, ops and product teams to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to accelerate customer acquisition and retention
  • Optimize lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes to drive revenue growth and maximize ROI.
  • Continuously analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive continuous optimization.
  • Actively interpret GTM dashboards and reports to ensure accuracy and integrity of inbound data and seek out opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in growth operations and leverage new tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to team members on growth operations processes and tools to ensure adoption and proficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a strategic roadmap. This roadmap outlines critical milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Regularly monitor progress against the roadmap and adjust strategies as needed with the Director of Sales, Marketing, Growth Onboarding and Product to accelerate targets and maximize profitability.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Certification in Project Planning
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and business intelligence tools.
  • Proven experience in growth operations, sales operations, or a similar role, with a track record of driving operational excellence and achieving growth targets.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 6 years’ demand generation, sales or customer service experience
  • Experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change
  • Knowledge of the broadband industry and familiarity with the products and services offered by broadband companies is a plus.
