Cut + Dry is revolutionizing food distribution by providing a best-in-class e-commerce platform that helps distributors connect with customers more efficiently. As a Trainer, you’ll be on the front lines of customer education, ensuring that newly onboarded distribution partners (DPs) can confidently navigate and maximize the value of our platform.

What You’ll Do

As a Trainer, you will work closely with the Growth Team to provide hands-on training to newly onboarded DPs and help them fully understand Cut + Dry’s features, tools, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver live virtual and in-person training for new distribution partners.
• Customize training sessions based on DP needs, industry best practices, and business objectives.
• With the support of the product marketing team, develop easy-to-digest training materials (videos, help docs, walkthroughs) to support ongoing learning.
• Monitor DP adoption metrics, identifying gaps and providing additional training where needed.
• Be a trusted resource, answering customer questions and ensuring they feel confident using Cut + Dry.
• Gather feedback from training sessions, working with the Senior Training Manager and Growth Managers to improve programs.

• Passionate about technology and digital transformation in the food distribution space.

What You Bring

• 2+ years in training, customer education, or enablement.
• Experience delivering live virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to adapt training to different learning styles.
• Familiarity with e-commerce, SaaS, or logistics.
